Co-education

Co-education means the education of boys and girls in the same institute in the same class. Those who are in favor of this, claim that it helps boys and girls to gain confidence and gives them a chance to understand each other. They are also of the view that co-education creates healthy competition among boys and girls and as a result, they try to excel in their studies. On the other hand, our religion does not allow the free mixing of boys and girls. We know that it creates many social and ethical problems. We belong to a developing country, a country that does not afford to build separate institutes for boys and girls. Therefore, by implementing certain strict rules, it can be made possible to educate boys and girls under one roof.
