During the perilous journey, it was very difficult for anyone to supply food to the Prophet Muhammad. It was so delicate that the slightest mistake could have endangered the life of the Holy Prophet. This grand task was nicely undertaken by Hazrat Asma, the daughter of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique. Every night, with the pack of food, she would quietly venture towards the rugged mountains in which lay the cave of Thawr. She took care of the minute detail in accomplishing the task. How difficult it must have been for her to traverse the rocky path at night, with the constant fear of being detected!
خطرناک سفر کے دوران آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم تک کھانا پہنچانا کسی کے لیے بھی مشکل تھا۔ یہ بہت پیچیدہ صورتحال تھی جس میں چھوٹی سی بھی کوتاہی حضرت محمد صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم کی زندگی کو خطرے میں ڈال سکتی تھی۔ یہ عظیم کام حضرت اسماء رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا جو کہ حضرت ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کی بیٹی تھی انہوں نے اپنے ذمہ لیا۔ ہر رات آپ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا خاموشی سے پتھریلے پہاڑوں میں موجود غار ثور میں کھانا لے کر جاتی تھیں۔ آپ نے اس ذمے داری کو پورا کرنے کے لیے ہر لمحہ کی تفصیل رکھی۔ کتنا مشکل رہا ہوگا ان کے لیے رات کو اس پہاڑی راستے پر چلنا مسلسل اس خوف کے ساتھ کے کوئی ان کا پیچھا نہ کر رہا ہو۔
